Can I make a reservation on the same day?
You can make reservations by phone or on the internet.
Please note that we may not have any rooms available, so we suggest you check for availability by phone or on the internet before making a reservation.
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We do. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm room availability.

Do you have any connecting rooms?
We do not.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the 18th floor.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and checkout is at 11:00.
However, there may be different times specified, depending on the accommodation package offered by the hotel or for special groups.

Do you have extra beds?
We only have a limited number of extra beds, so please make your wishes known during the reservation process.
Please note that not all room types can accommodate extra beds.
Do you offer parking?
The hotel does not have its own carpark.
Can you exchange foreign currency?
There is a currency exchange machine on the 18th floor.
Can I make breakfast reservations?
We do not accept breakfast reservations.
Can I use the internet in the hotel rooms?
All rooms are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi. Please check your room television for how to connect to the internet.
Can I send luggage from the hotel?
There is a Yamato Transport office on the 1st floor of the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower (to the right of the carpark entrance).

Can you hold my luggage before check-in/after checkout?
We would be glad to. We can hold your luggage after checkout for you provided you collect it that day. Please ask one of our reception staff.
Do you offer any birthday or other special event services?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can provide a message card.
Are there any shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport?
There are direct shuttle buses between the hotel and both Narita and Haneda airports. Please make your reservations from the website at https://webservice.limousinebus.co.jp/web/en/Top.aspx
Is there anything to see around the hotel?
Attractions include Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Shinjuku Golden Gai, Hanazono Shrine, Inarikio Shrine, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatories.
Do you have a hot spring, gym, or spa?
We do not.
Do you have a curfew?
There is no curfew. However, you will need your room key to enter the building between 1:00 and 11:00.
How far is it from the station to the hotel?
This depends on your route.
7 mins walk from Shinjuku Station on the JR lines / 1 min walk from Seibu-Shinjuku Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line / 8 mins walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro subway.
Are laundromats and vending mahines available?
There are all available in the Laundry & Sundry on the 20th floor. We also have irons available there.
Do you have baby beds?
We only have a limited number of baby beds, so please make your wishes known during the reservation process.
Please note that not all room types can accommodate baby beds.
Can I combine my Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Member perks with my Comfort Members perks?
These cannot be combined. Please select only one of your member perks.
